2. Product Information

We specialize in refurbished and genuine Apple and Dell computers and components, including iMacs, MacBooks, logic boards, LCD screens, SSDs, power supplies, and related parts.

  • Product Accuracy: All items are sold as described. Please review descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.

  • Photo Disclaimer: Product photos are for reference only and may not show minor cosmetic wear such as light scratches or scuffs typical of used parts. These imperfections do not affect functionality.

  • Functionality Guarantee: Every product is tested, cleaned, and verified before shipment. Functionality is guaranteed unless otherwise noted as AS-IS in the product listing.

  • Condition Disclosure: Used parts may show light cosmetic wear but will perform to their stated specifications.

  • Availability: Prices, listings, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Errors: In the rare case of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the affected order.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Payment must be successfully received before any order is shipped.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Items under 2 lbs typically ship via USPS, while heavier items may ship via UPS or FedEx.

  • All items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

  • Tracking information is provided for every order.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by buyers.

  • Please confirm your shipping address before checkout; orders delivered to incorrect addresses cannot be reshipped or refunded without additional cost.

5. Returns and Refunds

✅ Free Returns for Defective Items

  • We offer free returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly described items.

  • A prepaid return label will be provided for qualifying U.S. buyers.

  • Once inspected and approved, a replacement or full refund will be issued.

⚙️ Non-Defective Returns

  • Non-defective returns (e.g., wrong item ordered or no longer needed) are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Such returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all parts, packaging, and warranty seals intact.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

6. 90-Day Limited Warranty

All eligible items include a 90-day limited hardware warranty beginning from the date of delivery.

✅ What’s Covered

NextGenPCParts guarantees your item will be free from functional defects under normal use during the warranty period. Coverage includes:

  • Hardware malfunctions or component failures (logic board, screen, SSD, GPU, PSU, etc.)

  • Performance issues not caused by misuse

  • Internal part failures that prevent normal operation

If a covered defect occurs within 90 days, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

⚠️ What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or cosmetic damage after delivery (cracks, dents, scratches, etc.)

  • Damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, power surge, or liquid exposure

  • Software, firmware, or OS issues (including activation locks, iCloud, or MDM locks)

  • Normal wear and tear (fan noise, discoloration, aging components)

  • Tampering, modification, or self-repair attempts

  • Items sold AS-IS or listed as firmware/MDM locked

🔄 Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact mahesha@nextgenpcparts.com within 90 days of delivery.

  2. Include a detailed description of the issue and photos or video if possible.

  3. We will issue a prepaid return label (U.S. only) for qualifying claims.

  4. After inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund based on availability.

🛠️ Repairs and Replacements

  • Replacements will be of equal or better condition/specifications.

  • If an identical model is unavailable, a suitable equivalent or full refund will be provided.

🚫 Warranty Void If

  • The serial number or warranty seal is removed or tampered with.

  • The item is opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than NextGenPCParts.

  • Damage occurs from improper return packaging by the buyer.

🧰 Additional Notes

  • The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original buyer.

  • Return shipping is free for verified warranty claims within the U.S.

  • International buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • NextGenPCParts is not liable for damage or loss resulting from improper installation, mishandling, or misuse of parts.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying part compatibility before purchase.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of NextGenPCParts / Your PC Choice LLC.
Content may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Suffolk County, Virginia.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically to reflect changes in policy, operations, or legal obligations.
