Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at NextGenPCParts.
1) Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
2) Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received:

Unused and not altered

All parts/accessories included

Warranty/ID seals intact

In original or equivalent protective packaging
We may deny returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging.
3) How to Start a Return (RMA)
Email us with your order number and reason for return:
We’ll review and, if approved, send:

A return authorization (RMA) number

Instructions and a return label (see sections below)
Do not ship items back without an approved RMA; such packages may be refused.

4) Free Returns (Defective/Incorrect Items)
If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, we provide a prepaid return label (U.S. orders). After inspection, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund.
Tip: Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery and include photos/video where possible to speed up resolution.
5) Non-Defective Returns (Buyer’s Remorse, Ordered Wrong Part, etc.)
We accept non-defective returns within 30 days with these conditions:

A 20% restocking fee applies (covers testing, handling, repackaging)

Return shipping cost is deducted from the refund

Item must meet the eligibility requirements above
6) Exchanges
Fastest method: return the original item (per this policy), then place a new order for the item you want.
7) Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval/denial.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Processing times vary by bank/card issuer.

8) Damages & Issues on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
9) Items Not Eligible for Return

Items sold AS-IS or listed as firmware/MDM locked

Products with removed/tampered serial numbers or warranty seals

Items modified, opened, or repaired by anyone other than NextGenPCParts
-
Physical damage incurred after delivery (cracks, dents, liquid damage, surge damage)

Gift cards and downloadable/digital goods
Note: For safety/compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns containing hazardous materials or improperly packaged items.
10) International Returns
International buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and fees. Free return labels apply to verified U.S. warranty/defect claims only.
11) Compatibility Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for confirming part compatibility prior to purchase. We’re happy to help—contact us with your model/EMC/serial before ordering.
12) EU 14-Day Cooling-Off (If Applicable)
For orders shipped into the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Standard restocking/return shipping rules for non-defective returns still apply.
13) Relationship to Our Warranty
This policy works alongside our 90-Day Limited Hardware Warranty. Warranty covers functional defects under normal use; it does not cover cosmetic wear, misuse, improper installation, software/firmware issues, or items sold AS-IS. See our full warranty in the Terms of Service.
