Welcome to NextGenPCParts ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nextgenpcparts.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By visiting our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Products and Descriptions

NextGenPCParts specializes in refurbished and genuine Apple and Dell computers and parts, including iMacs, MacBooks, logic boards, LCD screens, power supplies, SSDs, and related components.

  • All items are professionally tested, cleaned, and verified for functionality prior to shipment.
  • Minor cosmetic wear such as light scratches or scuffs from normal prior use may be present.
  • Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly from the exact unit shipped.
  • We reserve the right to correct any listing, pricing, or typographical errors without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • We accept secure payments through credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
  • In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
  • Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and package size.
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
  • Please confirm your shipping address before checkout; we cannot reship or refund for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

5. Returns and Refunds

✅ Free Returns for Defective Items

  • We offer free returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly described items.
  • A prepaid return label will be provided for qualifying U.S. orders.
  • Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

⚙️ Non-Defective Returns

  • Non-defective returns (e.g., ordered by mistake, no longer needed, or buyer's remorse) are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • These returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee to cover handling, testing, and packaging costs.
  • Return shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all parts and packaging.
  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval.

6. 90-Day Limited Warranty

All eligible items include a 90-day limited hardware warranty beginning from the date of delivery.

✅ What's Covered

NextGenPCParts guarantees that your item will be free from functional defects under normal use during the warranty period. Coverage includes:

  • Hardware malfunctions or failures (logic board, screen, SSD, GPU, PSU, etc.)
  • Performance issues not caused by misuse
  • Internal component failures preventing normal operation

If a covered defect arises within 90 days, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

⚠️ What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or cosmetic damage after delivery (cracks, dents, scratches, etc.)
  • Damage from improper installation, mishandling, power surge, or liquid exposure
  • Software, firmware, or OS-related issues (including activation locks, iCloud, or MDM locks)
  • Normal wear and tear (fan noise, discoloration, aging components)
  • Tampering, modification, or self-repair attempts
  • Items sold "AS-IS" or described as firmware/MDM locked in the listing

🔄 Warranty Claim Process

  • Contact us via mahesha@nextgenpcparts.com within 90 days of delivery.
  • Provide a clear description of the issue with photos or video if possible.
  • For approved claims within the U.S., we will issue a prepaid return label.
  • After inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund the item based on availability and condition.

🛠️ Repair or Replacement

  • Replacements will be of equal or better condition/specifications.
  • If an exact match is unavailable, we may issue a suitable equivalent or a full refund.

🚫 Warranty Void If

  • The serial number or warranty label is removed or altered.
  • The item is opened, disassembled, or modified by anyone other than NextGenPCParts.
  • Damage results from improper return packaging by the buyer.

🧰 Additional Notes

  • The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
  • Return shipping is free for verified warranty claims within the U.S.
  • International buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once tracking information has been generated, the order cannot be canceled or altered.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextGenPCParts and Your PC Choice LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item in question.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected on this Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share customer information except as necessary for order processing or legal compliance.

10. Intellectual Property

All text, logos, images, and content on nextgenpcparts.com are the property of Your PC Choice LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Suffolk County, Virginia.
